Civil Aviation Boss Arrested Over Removing Museveni Posters
Security officers have arrested the acting director for human resource and administration at Civil Aviation Authority (CAA,) Ms Efrance Musimenta Mbagaya, for allegedly removing President and candidate Museveni’s campaign posters which had pinned on the corporation’s building and offices in Entebbe.
Sources from Civil Aviation told Nettech Media that only President Museveni’s photos have been pinned at the CCA building and inside the offices. According to the source that preferred anonymity after the pinning of posters, complaints from some staff and the general public that CCA building was being turned into a campaign forum yet it is a public office.
Following the complaints, Ms Mbagaya reportedly ordered the removal of the posters on Tuesday last week, an action that has caused trouble for her.
It’s said that he the security that arrested her are from the Special Forces Command (SFC), The Presidential guard.
